The Three Stags is an authentic London pub that delivers more than you expect. A stone's throw from Waterloo mainline station, and close to many other transport links, we pride ourselves on serving top quality food made from the freshest ingredients which are carefully sourced every day from responsible producers (see the FOOD page for more information).
Our ever-changing menu is accompanied by an exciting list of wines from around the world and well kept traditional beers and lagers. There's lots of history in the area - the Imperial War Museum is directly opposite The Three Stags - and we have a host of historical posters and photographs around the building. And film buffs should make a stop at Chaplin’s Corner, where Charlie Chaplin’s father was known to sit for hours, pint in hand!
For the third year running: The Three Stags was rated as a Three Star Sustainability Champion in 2014.
The survey dealt with three key areas. Sourcing local, seasonal food, focusing on animal welfare. Engagement with the community and the environment. Including recycling and waste and energy management.
The Three Stags has achieved Three Star Sustainability Champion status as a result of a strong performance across the sustainability pillars of Society, Sourcing and Environment. Some excellent scores were achieved particularly for the Local and Seasonal, Sustainable Fish, Treating People Fairly and Waste Management categories.
